B.F.A. Mentorship Program

Criteria for Eligibility

Dear Applicant,
   Thank you for your interest in the Beauty for Ashes mentorship program. This program is designed for young women ages 16 and older.

To apply you must:

 

• Acquire two letters of recommendation with contact information. Director of your rehabilitation or program agency and an individual in an authoritative role that has an impact on your life.

• Write a short biography of why you think this program will be beneficial to you. Include at least 500 words about what you hope to achieve, overcome and your commitment towards your accomplishment.
